Intercom like communications for the financial community. I was employed to design and build the user interface within the browser. The application was implemented in vanilla javascript and made use of the Web audio API to allow client side control of volume panning and recordings playback. The Web speech to text api is used to translate the text before sending to the server. The web midi API was used to connect to external hardware controls.

Implementation of a financial traders phone system as a single page web app.
I was employed to design and implement the UI which was achieved through low latency native Web Components/Javascript, Server sent events and a REST API connected to the Traderlynk Server.
D3 is used to visually represent phone connections and the Web audio API is used to playback and historical recordings with controls to search and alter playback speed.

Unified messaging for the financial community in a browser based single page app.
I was employed to design and implement the UI which was achieved through low latency native Web Components/Javascript, the Data model persisted across browser windows using a Chrome extension background page or shared web worker. Data is transported over web sockets and WebRTC using the Traderlynk javascript API which via a Traderlynk server integrates with the Microsoft Lync infrastructure.

The new design featured larger images, better placements for bonus deals a flexible grid or drop down system for displaying deal pricing and option details, and a new sub menu for deal categories.

A realtime feed of twitter tweets about Skyfall the new Bond film. Javascript, Jquery and CSS3 Animation are used to load six of the latest tweets from twitter. They are then and styled up to look like id cards using Google webfonts to give an authentic retro look.

Australia a Baz Luhrmann film

Design and program an interactive microsite to promote Australia a Baz Luhrmann film starring Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman.
The client was keen that the microsite reflected the epic nature of the film and showed off some of the stunning visuals in the best possible way.
Video and subtle animation was used to link to editorial features on the main handbag.com site.
Android App - Marine GPS Navigator

An experiment in Android Application development. This App allows the user to check their position, speed and distance traveled while at sea. It also allows the user to store waypoints for the purpose of navigation.
This application is still in the Beta development phase and is not to be used for navigation purposes.
TK Maxx - Get the look for less

Design and program an interactive microsite page to showcase weekly fashion videos.
The videos should also be able to trigger sychronised accompanying media such as images and animated zooms of products, and keep a running total of the garments featured.
The project was completed using XML to import all the information used in the videos, the videos, thumbnail images and tracking tags. This was important as it needed to be updated on a weekly basis.

The brief was to create an animated Christmas card that summed up the values of the Crafts Council, and adhered to their simple, clean design principle.
The Christmas card popped up in a new window when visiting the site. A link to the card was embedded into promotional emails.

The Crafts Council is the UK’s national organisation for the promotion of contemporary crafts.
Design and creation of the original site featuring a simple, fully accessible and visually engaging web presence for a public service organisation.
A new template was designed using HTML and CSS.
The site was praised in Webactive magazine where it received 4/5 star rating.

Philadelphia - A touch of inspiration

Produce a promotional microsite for the Allaboutyou.com website giving users a 'Touch of inspiration'. This comes from a selection on recipes and a preview of the new recipe cookbook. Users can flick through the pages using a custom built flash based interactive book.
